Association also organizes different important cultural events.
All years we organize some verysuccessfull appointments: “ In Masseria
sotto le stelle...” and “Frantoi Aperti”.
“In Masseria sotto le stelle...” ( DISCOVERING FARMHOUSES BENEATH THE STARS...)
During
summertime, to discover the beauty of the farmhouses and promote the culture of
the past of these kinds of typical buildings, with tasting of fresh pasta,
mashed fava beans, grilled vegetables, roasted meats and sausages, bruschette,
different kinds of cheeses, dry sweet biscuits and rosoli.
Very important
final touch by red wine and typical songs and dances of Alberobello.
”Frantoi Aperti” ( VISITING OIL MILLS )
During November /
December TRULLI&NATURA organizes
“Frantoi Aperti” to promote and
diffuse the culture of the environment and of the olive oil, to enable you to
discover the “Capital of the Trulli” and some oil mills, to follow some
interesting practice lessons on the production of the olive oil, appreciating
the transformation process. After the visit free tasting..
