It is possible to visit different places listed on the
Unesco World Heritage list, Our
excursions will enable you to visit the farmhouses ( masserie ) of our area,
typical architecture of the farmers past and other kinds of local buildings as
dry stone walls and ancient trulli.
Apulian Cuisine
Course: we organize a special “Apulian Cuisine Course”, to
learn how to cook very nice typical and genuine dishes, such as fresh pasta (
orecchiette and cavatelli ), mashed fava beans ( fave e cicorie ), Apulian
bread, Taralli and Friselle, dry sweets desserts and Rosolio ( local liqueur ),
in the original scenery of old century farmhouses.
